Top 17 Albums of All Time (as of today)

While listening to one of the following albums, CDs... er... musical works of the Long-Play Record variety, on my iPod (the best gift ever; thank you, Nicole) while shoveling snow the idea of listing my absolute all-time faves popped into my head. So, here goes... I consider the following to be perfect examples of their respective forms. They all transport me for 40+ minutes at a time, capturing and ineffably expressing the emotion and ideas of their creators, or, to quote Aristotle,
In rhythms and melodies there are, especially when compared with their true natures, close imitations of anger and gentleness and of courage and moderation and of all their opposites and of the other moral qualities and this is verified from experience: we experience change in our soul when we hear such things.
Tell me what I forgot or if I've picked a dud.
