24: 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

"They're gonna be five minutes."
-Jack
"And here we are without a deck of cards."
-Evil "Coral Snake" Dude

I'm a bit indifferent on this one. Not too much going on. Woo-hoo, the Kimster makes her way to safety, again... The episode was formulaic in other ways as well, especially the gun shots which rang out at the very end.

The explanation concerning the whole Michelle/Carrie thing worked its way out rather conventionally. I think most fans were catching some other signals between the two ladies. Lots of tension in there anyway. One thing that is quite unrealistic about the show, in my opinion, is how quickly people can change direction towards one another, i.e., Tony, who earlier "today" was making sweet talk with Michelle, has just now authorized a full wiretap on her. Right.

It was nice how slowly one realized the extent to which Jack is willing to make sacrifices (of other people!) in order to get what he wants done. He never sells himself out, of course, which we learn from the traitor. That would be an interesting show: what we have happened if Jack went bad? It would be like It's a Wonderful Life, but with uzis and nukes.
